This newly constructed building includes 27,000 sq. ft. of Class A office/retail space in a 5 story building constructed on a narrow site formerly occupied by a McDonald’s in the downtown Ann Arbor UM Campus area. This project, originally planned as a phased 7-8 story building, has seen the completion of the first 5 floors, creating 16,000 sf of class A retail/office space. Now fully leased, the additional floors are in design development.
