Conversion of Prime downtown buildings into class A restaurant, office and residential use
The Fifth Avenue Building and the adjacent Weinmann building comprise the full scope of this project. The Fifth Avenue building includes one floor of parking, two floors of offices and a single top floor luxury condominium with wrap-around views. The historic Weimann building has been comprehensively upgraded to house the Blue Nile restaurant, several offices and two additional luxury condominiums. This project required extensive planning and experience of JC Beal Construction to meet exacting design and quality standards while keeping the costs commensurate to long-term profitability.
