PROJECT MANAGER |
Manage one or multiple projects, in cooperation with a field and office support team, responsible for owner and architect relations, project budgets and scheduling.

ESTIMATOR |
Build and maintain client relationships. Perform take-off, pricing, and assembly of bids for general contract and prime trade projects, set-up successfully bid or negotiated work.

Be responsible for jobsite and subcontractor coordination, schedule maintenance, and cost control on one or more projects.
